We're here for more than just fitness. Paying forward that good, good DMB love — for a healthy body, spirit, community, and planet.
From there we discovered a community where DMB fam members love to reach fitness goals with our favorite music turned way up.
From the very beginning this group has radiated love, support, and positivity. We instinctively wanted to direct that good, good vibe toward the causes and organizations dear to our hearts, so we ran with it!
DMB Fit Crew is an example of embodied practice — an intentional, action-driven method of realizing goals. It requires that we become aware of our current state, educate ourselves, set goals for improvement, and commit to taking action toward those goals. Personal fitness is a great application for the "taking action" phase of this work, and also happens to be the main reason we're all here.
But our activities go beyond losing weight and inches and gaining strength and mileage; we are following the lead of the band and crew in shining our light while we've got one to leave the world better than we found it.

A partner initiative between Ryoko Suzuki — Holistic Healing & Wellness and DMB Fit Crew. Because philanthropy doesn't always mean giving money; we can also give our attention to the impact our active lifestyle has on the environment.
The #trashtagDMB initiative is about putting forth an EFFORT to reduce our carbon footprint while engaging in DMB FIT CREW and other active pursuits. While we're doing the things we love, we show love to the planet.
Three habits:
Following the lead of Dave, Ryoko, and Jeff, net proceeds from #trashtagDMB swag sales are donated to dmbtrees.org to plant a billion trees with The Nature Conservancy and Dave Matthews Band.
DMB Fit Crew, Bama Works, and the incredible Thanda Choir set out to raise $50,000 to help Thanda build a rehearsal studio and clubhouse in Khayelitsha, Cape Town, South Africa.
